I have over 20 years experience in both the local and international fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, teaching many styles of in-gym programs including Spin, Pump, Impact and Pilates. I also represented New Zealand in Sports Aerobics. But above all, I’m passionate about motivating my clients to reach their fitness goals. There’s nothing I love more than seeing someone smash their limitations, grow in confidence and achieve well beyond their perceived potential.
