Non Standard Payment

1. Eligibility: The $10 7-Day Trial is open to new customers of The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre who have not previously participated in any trial or membership offer.
2. Duration: The trial period is valid for seven consecutive days, starting from the date of registration.
3. Registration: To avail the trial, individuals must complete the registration process at The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre in person or online, providing accurate personal information, including name, address, contact number, and email address.
4. Age Restriction: Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to participate in the trial.
5. Trial Fee: A non-refundable fee of $10 is applicable for the 7-Day Trial and must be paid at the time of registration.
6. Access and Facilities: During the trial period, participants will have access to the facilities and services available at The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre, including the swimming pools, fitness equipment, group classes, and any other amenities provided.
7. Usage Limitations: Participants must abide by the rules and regulations of The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre and follow any guidelines provided by the staff. Any misuse of facilities or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the trial without refund.
8. Waiver of Liability: Participants acknowledge and understand that engaging in physical exercise and using fitness equipment involve inherent risks. By participating in the trial, individuals agree to release The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the trial period.
9. Membership Offer: At the end of the 7-Day Trial, participants may choose to enroll in a full membership at The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre. The trial fee does not apply towards membership fees, and individuals must discuss and select a suitable membership option with the center’s staff.
10. Cancellation: Participants may cancel their trial at any time during the 7-day period. However, the trial fee is non-refundable.
11. Personal Belongings: The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought by participants to the premises. Individuals are advised to take necessary precautions and secure their belongings.
12. Termination: The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre reserves the right to terminate or modify the trial offer, change the terms and conditions, or refuse service to any participant at its discretion.
13. Privacy: The personal information provided during registration will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre. Participant information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
14. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre is located.

By participating in the $10 7-Day Trial, individuals indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.
