ZUU combines safe, functional, bodyweight movements with high intensity cardiovascular training to produce the most effective, comprehensive, challenging yet fun workout on the planet!

ZUU Timetable

The ZUU-CREW is a collective training group, made up of supportive, like minded people of all ages and ability levels. Led by head trainers Alex Flint and Matt Henderson, the ZUU-CREW support, motivate and train together  using ZUU methods, to help all members stay on track, push their boundaries, and most importantly achieve their health and fitness goals.

For a very reasonable weekly fee, you too can become part of the CREW.

You will not only receive daily access to our fantastic group training classes but also ongoing support, assessments, really cool t-shirts, nutrition help and access to other great services too!
