Casual entry is for a maximum of 3 hours — plenty of time for a swim, spa and steam.

Students, seniors and Community Service card holders must present valid ID at entry.

Bring a padlock

Lockers are available in the changerooms. Bring your own padlock — overnight storage is not permitted.

Towels are not provided. A sweat towel is compulsory in the gym. Towel hire may be available at reception.

Do I need to book in advance?
No booking required for casual visits — just walk in. Getting a 10-visit pass makes entry even quicker at busier times.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel (we don't provide these), a padlock for the lockers, and flip-flops or pool shoes.
How long can I stay?
Casual visits are for a maximum of 3 hours — plenty of time for a swim, spa and steam!
Do multi-visit passes expire?
No! Our 10-visit passes never expire. Use them at your own pace, or share with family.
Can I use the gym with a pool pass?
Pool passes cover pools, spa, sauna and steam only. For gym access choose the Full Facility option — or consider a membership for even better value.
Can I try before committing to a membership?
Absolutely — a single casual visit is a great way to experience the facility. Or try our $10 for 10 days trial for full access with no commitment.
