Our group fitness studio hosts the majority of The Olympic group fitness classes.
We have everything from Impact to Step! The classes are designed to suit all abilities,from complete beginner to the seasoned pro!
You dont have to book for any of the classes. They are on a first come first served basis. With that in mind we recommend that you arrive 5-10mins before the class starts.
